Fourth and Gill is launching its very own Historic District Street Sign crowdfunding campaign to replace all 38 post signs in the neighborhood and signage at three available traffic signals.
Not only will this improvement connect us with other Knoxville streetcar neighborhoods — Old North and Parkridge — it will unify all the blocks that comprise Fourth & Gill.
The Historic Street Sign Committee needs to raise nearly $8,000 to make the signs a reality … and, we’re already nearly halfway to the goal with pre-campaign pledges.
But, we need your help! With a $175 donation, you’ll cover the cost of a street sign. A $400 gift sponsors a traffic signal sign. Every gift matters — $25, $50, or even $500 — and neighbors are asked to chip in with a donation that’s meaningful to them. Gifts will be accepted through Dec. 18 so that all signage can be installed by the City of Knoxville during the 2018 calendar year.

And, of course, thank you for being a part of the greatest neighborhood in Knoxville.
